Quantum dot luminescent materials and devices

 Dai Xingliang,Ph.D.

Graduated from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University in 2012; received his Ph.D. from the School of Materials Science and Technology of Zhejiang University in 2017. From January 2018 to May 2020, he was engaged in postdoctoral research in the School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, and in June 2020, engaged in postdoctoral research in the School of Materials Science and Engineering. 

Focusing on the research of solution-based light-emitting diode materials and devices, the comprehensive performance of the red/green quantum dot light-emitting diodes developed has reached the application requirements of the display industry, which has strongly promoted the industrialization of quantum dot printing and display. As the first or corresponding author, published SCI papers in internationally renowned journals such as Nature (1 article), Nat. Commun. (2 articles), Adv. Mater. (2 articles), Adv. Funct. Mater. (1 article), etc. In the past five years, he has cited more than 1,400 times for a single paper; authorized 2 Chinese invention patents and 1 US patent; participated in the compilation of 1 chapter of "Semiconductor Thin Film Technology and Physics". His research work has won awards such as the Top Ten Progresses in Chinese Science in 2014, Important Achievements in Chinese Optics, Excellent Doctoral Dissertations of Zhejiang and Zhejiang University, etc., and he has presented at major international conferences such as the Materials Society of America (MRS) and European Molecular Electronics. report.
