先进半导体薄膜课题组,是硅及先进半导体材料全国重点实验室的重要方向,现有中科院院士1名,教授(博导)7名、副教授(博导)3名、高工1名和工程师1名,博士后9名,在读博士和硕士研究生60余名。本课题组紧紧围绕节能与环境等可持续发展国家战略目标,三十余年深耕半导体光电材料及应用领域,从半导体薄膜及低维结构可控制备、物性调控、器件研制、功能优化,到能源、信息与环境应用开展创新研究。主要研究方向为:
(1)氧化锌紫外发光器件及机制;
(2)硅基光电薄膜材料及器件;
(3)钙钛矿量子点材料及发光器件;
(4)氧化物半导体及光电器件;
(5)微纳光电材料及能源环境等应用;
(6)液流锌电池及储能应用。
